The T-bone steak is  beef cut from the short loin, that include a "T-shaped" bone with meat on each side. T-bone steaks are generally considered one of the highest quality steaks

FLANK STEAK (9)

The flank steak is a beef steak cut from the abdominal muscles or buttocks of the cow.  Because it comes from a strong, well-exercised part of the cow, it is best sliced against the grain before serving, to maximise tenderness.
