What is steak?
TOMAHAWK
The most specific feature is the rib bone itself, which is left on the meat and preserves all the minerals. Together with the high fat content on the surface of the muscle, the meat acquires an unmistakable flavour.
Roastbeef
Coming from the seemingly low back - low back. It is one of the most famous steaks with the typical taste of beef. It has a layer of fat on the surface which gives the steak its juiciness.
Hanger steak
An exceptional piece of meat that comes from the muscle attachment of the diaphragm. It is located directly above the liver and, thanks to its position, it acquires a pleasant spicy taste.
Flank
The meat comes from the abdominal muscles of young bulls. It is a delicious and flavourful steak which, because of its texture, is recommended to be served sliced thinly across the grain.
Filet
Beef tenderloin is a very well-known type of meat from the longitudinal sides of the backbone in the loin area. It is considered to be the best quality part of beef.
Entrecôte
A type of meat from the neck area - high grill. It is considered an excellent steak, it contains more fat and a fatty eye in the middle part, which causes an excellent taste and aroma.
